Just got back from our weekend get away to Hocking Hills. We did a hiking adventure from Old Mans Cave to Cedar Falls and back. Check out the details and pictures from the trip.
Jeff Gordon wins at Phoenix
Congratulations to Jeff Gordon as he ends his 66-race winless drought at Phoenix. Gordon passed Kyle Busch with eight laps to go for first win since 2009. That win also prevented Kyle Busch from sweeping Phoenix with wins in the Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup.

With 2010 being a year of the Phones (Android, iPhones, Window Phone) and the introduction of the iPad, technology took a huge leap with the capabilities of these person devices. The introduction of Apple’s iPad sailed through 2010 without much opposition as a worthy competitor from either Android or Windows camp failed to emerge.
However, 2011 will be a different year. Apple is planning on releasing the iPad2. Google has plans for the Honeycomb version of Android for the tablet market. HP has their new operating system to the tablets. So there will be more and more competition in the tablet market.

Miranda Lambert – 2011 Jamboree in the Hills Line-up
It was just announced that Miranda Lambert was added to the 2011 Jamboree in the Hills Line-up. Miranda performed one other time at the Jamboree in the Hill in 2007.
She has her 2011 Revolution Tour with Justin Moore and Jason Kelley going on right now. So will we be see Justin Moore and Jason Kelley as well?

Trevor Bayne, 2011 Daytona 500 Winner
Congratulations to Trevor Bayne and the Wood Brother for winning the 2011 Daytona 500. Trevor kept his nose clean and became the youngest driver to win the Daytona 500 at 20 years old.
The 2011 Daytona 500 was definitely a interesting one with the 2 car drafting with record breaking leaders, lead changed and cautions. Majority of the big names such as; Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr, Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth, Greg Biffle, Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton, Clint Bowyer and Ryan Newman were removed from contention. Then you have idiots like Carl Edwards finishing 2nd and taking the points lead for 2011 after 1 race.

It is official, Toby Keith will be returning to Jamboree in the Hills on Saturday, July 16, 2011. If was recently posted on TobyKeith.com Tour Schedule.
Toby Keith has been to the Jamboree in the Hills many times and he always puts on a great show.

Dale Jr Wins the Pole for the Daytona 500
Congratulations to Dale Earnhardt Jr and the Hendrick Motorsports Amp Energy No. 88 Chevrolet Impala Team. With all of his success at Daytona, this is his first start on the pole for the Daytona 500. Hopefully this is the confidence he needs to start the 2011 season off right!!!

Microsoft Windows 7 Helpful Tips
Windows 7 Snap
The new Windows feature Snap is a quick new way to resize open windows, simply by dragging them to the edges of your screen.
Depending on where you drag a window, you can make it expand vertically, take up the entire screen, or appear side-by-side with another window. Snap makes reading, organizing, and comparing windows a…well, you get the picture.
You can also utiliy the “Windows Key” and the arrow keys. This is my favorite way for using the “Snap” feature.
- “Windows Key” and Up Arrow – Snaps the open window to Full Screen
- “Windows Key” and Down Arrow – Snaps the open window to Retore or Minimize
- “Windows Key” and Left Arrow – Snaps the open window to the Left Half of the Screen
- “Windows Key” and Right Arrow – Snaps the open window to the Right Half of the Screen
